Began receiving communication from an individual claiming to be a United States Army soldier by the name of Jane Fowler. Individual claimed to be a tank crewman deployed with a detachment near the Zimbabwe border. All attempts to verify the existence of such an individual or any such mission on the African continent have been negative. Individual attempted to establish a faux-romantic relationship that quickly resulted in numerous requests for financial support.
