scam asking for money for veterans, police and firefighters fallen in the line of duty. Hangs up when documents for the program are requested. Will not take a cashiers check. Credit card only. Always the same guy calling, gives different name every time. Has southern accent.
I repeat asks for donations and claims “the fund raising event is ending tomorrow, there’s no time to send anything and a check won’t arrive in a timely enough manner to matter.â€
