CCHW Home Warranty Division: Letter contains what appears to be a check made out to me for $299.00. I'm a real skeptic, so I looked it over carefully, and don't know what would happen if I tried to cash it.
These scammers don't stop to think why anyone would do business with any company whose first contact with us is a complete lie.
A letter in my home address had this 8009982236 call back number. Home insurance needs updating. I am insured with a well known company. Their number is a protected call. Why is a business call protected?
Same as others. Official letter saying Home Warranty is expiring for my son but for our property. Our son doesn't own a home. The form is perforated and looks like it was done in very large batches. On the address page it says it mas mailed in Ft. Lauderdale, FL using Permit No 4810.
Same as user 41f2a. This letter had my sons name and my mortgage bank on it and stated Final Notice.
I received a registration fee voucher phony check for $299.00. It was written out to me and also had a property id# o the top right corner, It stated if you are unable to see a watermark on back side of the check then void. The phone # (800) 998-2236 was located on a thin perforated strip along with that property id#.
