Scam letter- to call 800-983-4057 for Negotiations Department. Did not respond as it is a bogus letter.

Why are these people not getting arrested!!

I received two letter from this people,claiming 20 .000 dollar and they want to settlement for 9.000.they stayed that they settled account with Bank of America Citibank,America xpress and many more,only to wait for people to call and scam their phone or maybe have people scare a make them nerves..

Deceitful attempt at acquiring information and engagement with threatening letter implying that interest on your credit cards will increase if you don’t respond to their solicitation.

Received a letter from the "Negotiations Department" with a "Failure to Respond" warning. They're claiming I'm at threat for unreasonable rate increases if my payments are late. None of my accounts are delinquent, so why am I receiving this notice? I believe it is a scam.

I received a letter from the, “Negotiations Department”, from God only knows where, asking me to contact their office at (800)983-4057 within 10 days of receiving the “notice regarding the adjustments of your credit accounts” and failure to respond and make monthly payments to them would likely result in interest accruing at an unreasonable rate. penalties may accrue in the event of unpaid obligations. I don’t own any credit cards, therefore I must not need any adjustments of any credit accounts..
