They fraudulently managed to charge my credit card.
Too long of a story, better off not to tell them anything, just hang up. They pose as cable company then sign you up for things.

This phone number belongs to a company called WC Mon Savings. Central.They have multiple fraud complaints filed against them with the BBB. They claim to be a coupon service. Often some small fee and then monthly deductions of $24.95.
