A woman called saying that we owed money to the Yellow Pages, and wanted me to pay past due with credit card over phone. She tried saying that it was in addition to Thryv and/or Verizon. I told her that I would check with both Verizon and Thryv directly.
A woman called a couple of days ago saying she wanted to discuss our AT&T account with our owner. I gave the call to one of our owners. He hung up on her twice. Today Angel called saying she was from the "Real" Yellow Pages. I gave the call to our Office Manager.
