I have received calls from this number, one call dropped, one seems automated says from Verizon -Verizon account suspended with prompts or menu to continue selected menu number, I did not respond, call dropped. I believe this is some form of fraud. I have received similar calls for Verizon account suspended, unsure if it is the same number.
Received a “letter from Verizonâ€, which looked very official. However, though it had my address correct, it was addressed to VALUED VERIZON CUSTOMER. The jist of the letter was to tell me they were suspending my TV services (at my request.) But don’t have any kind of Verizon TV services.
In order to end the suspension, I was instructed to call1-800-Verizon (800-837-4966) And select the billing option. A great way for scammers to get a credit card number!
I have not answered the many calls from this number as I have no idea who’s calling multiple times every day. They have never left a message so I can only **sume it’s spam.
someone call me from this number claiming to be from Verizon I contact Verizon and was told this was just a scam and it’s not one if there phone number these people is asking for Verizon PIN numbers and last four of social security number and Verizon will never ask for last four of social security please beware
Fraudulent phone call pretending to be from Verizon. Said my account had been suspended which wasn’t true. Hard telling what would happen if a person clicked on an option and you gave them information about your account. Just hang up and report the number to Verizon!
Claimed to be from Verizon and that there was a problem with my account which they could not discuss until I gave them my PIN. How they knew the number I gave was a fake I do not know but they hung up.
They called my cell. Stated that my computer is infected and that I have no warranty. Never said their name or what company they were from. Then I asked what company they were from and their was heavy breathing on the other end so I hung up
