Letter from IRS claiming there was an error in my tax file. The phone # is not to IRS. Clearly fraudulent!
Received a letter now twice from this vague address with this number attached.I’m currently experiencing iden**ty fraud so this only makes sense.Be aware everyone, these people are working hard.

I received a letter stating it is from the irs but when I tried to call my phone warned me it might be spam….so I went on the irs website and called the number on the site to see if I can talk to someone and it asks for the six digit caller code on the page which is no where on this letter….also it’s based out of Texas something just doesn’t seem right.
Trying to say they over paid and will be taking money back. Vague letter that looks convincing but missing important details. Be aware- scammers abound-easier to steal your money than work
received a letter stating to call that number from IRS...first clue it was fake, it stated I made over 75,000.00!
I received a letter supposedly from the IRS a stating that I owe them $368.75. The letter references Notice CP11 for tax year 2020. If I disagree, I should call them at this number.

Claims to be the IRS from an email letter concerning 2018. My taxes and paperwork were just fine and received a refund from 2018. Didn’t call and I believe the IRS only sends certified mail when contacting people.
