I ask why I was being emailed for a product that I never registered for, I told them I didn't even own a computer. The guy told me I must have signed up for the renewal a year ago and asked if I gave any of my login information to my friends... I repeated that I did not own a computer and I never registered for this so why am I receiving an email requesting that I pay for a renewal for almost $500.... He was getting louder and louder with me and told me I should die

This number was **sociated with an email, which said they were going to charge my debit card $499.99 for a 3 year renewal for Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service. I called them and it’s a guy with broken English trying to gather my information. I told him I knew this was a scam. He then raised his voice and said “this is not a scam!” I said it was. He then yelled at me and said “hang up if it’s a scam!” I Hung up.
