Message left from Stacey with Capital One from underwriting department for rate reduction, and need to call within 3 days. The phone number on my caller ID was 1-228-688-0575. My Scam Alert said "scam likely."
Received message [robo] from Stacy from underwriting department regarding "my" capital one credit card account for interest rate reduction. Asking to call back within 3 bus days and confirm eligibility but the problem is I do not have a credit card account with them. Sounds suspicious.
