Calling about past due PG&E utility account. Offer to connect to a customer service representative to come up with a payment agreement.
Answered to a recorded message claiming to be PG&E and instructed to press #1. I do not recognize this as a normal number for the utility company. Unfortunately at the beginning of Covid I fell for a similar call and have had numerous iden**ty theft issues every since. Don’t know if it’s same people, but recommend people call the verified number and don’t press any numbers when someone calls you. Also, caller ID says Potential Spam
