WE PICKED THE REFRIGERATOR OUT AT LOEWS AS HE DIRECTED. HE THEN TOLD US A CONVOLUTED DIRECTION INVOLVING BUYING GIFT CARDS AT WHICH POINT WE BECAME SO CONFUSED WE DID NOT DO. THANK GOODNESS BECAUSE RICHARD IS A SCAM!! IF RICHARD IS READING THIS - YOU ARE VERY DISAPPOINTING. I AM SOMGLAD WE DID NOT DO AS YOU HAD SAID BECAUSE SOMEHOW WE WOULD HAVE LOST THE MONEY ON THE TWO GIFT CARDS I BELIEVE. IN ADDITION, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OUR NEW REFRIGERATOR ALL DAY TOMORROW. WHY ARE THERE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD LIKE THIS. A friend of mine had a problem with Lowe's and found number 1-800- 431-0705. This number is supposed to be Lowe's complaint department. IT ISN'T. Richard will answer and tell you he is an executive for Lowe's and he will correct your complaint. It turns out Richard is a scammer and will tell you to purchase Lowe's gift cards to solve the problem. Don't do it. Richard the scammer will take your money and run. This person should be found and arrested, convicted and put in prison and maybe the inmates will show him what they do to scammers. Richard the scammer will be found and someday he will pay for his deeds taking money from innocent people. RICAHRD, YOUR DAY IS COMING TO PAY FOR LYING AND TAKING MONEY THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU.

RICHARD the SCAMMER will answer when you call 1-800-431-0705 and he will tell you he is employed at Lowe's executive office in NC. Besides being a scammer, he is also a liar. He is supposed to represent Lowe's complaint department, but he isn't. Don't buy any Lowe's gift cards because that is when you will lose your investment. Saw this number from a TMobile thread as a direct line to resolve customer complaints. Chris and Richard wanted me to go to Lowes to resolve my complaint. They said to call them back when I get to Lowes. I called Lowes and was informed they do not have any affiliations with T-Mobile. Went to my local T-Mobile store and called the 1-800-431-0705 number. I spoke to Richard and told him I was inside the T-Mobile store. He was angry and yelled at me- said he told me to go to Lowes and he would not help me- that confirmed to me he is a scammer. I told him off and cursed him out! Reported them both to ReportFraud.ftc.gov

This is a scammer number. They try and get you to buy gift cards as a scam. Wants you to go to Lowes for a gift card.

He scams people by portraying as a member of Lowe's Home Improvement Corporate team. He will tell you that he is getting you a refund by you going in the store and purchasing gift cards. He said his name was "Richard". Had a process where you put your information in to receive your credit card number which gets charged and you will never get your money back. DO NOT call this number or accept a call from it.
