Repeated calls, leaves an intentionally vague message like they were only able to leave a portion that says “press 9 to take advantage of this offer!” or some such BS- it’s one of those “virtual” (read: fake) numbers where they use a VOIP service that calls from the internet so isn’t technically a real “phone”, the program or app they use generate 1 time revolving phone numbers that no longer exist if you try to call back to get off of whatever new list they’ve once again obtained even if you are on the National Do Not Call Registry

To many calls and no reason for it.
