Email saying I dis not return an iPhone and will be charged $499 next billing. This has happened before. Confirmed with ATT. They have the phone

They announced themselves as my phone service provider, ATT, told me my service was suspended, and wanted me to follow their prompts. I hung up and called ATT. This was a bogus call.
