When i called this number directly from the healthcare.Gov website my phone showed MCBTaxInc. As the number dialed. I asked is this marketplace and was i calling an official US government agency or agent to which yes was the response. I told her that was suspect and for her to not even bother asking for my SSN or even the last 4 or anything more than zip code and birthdate to solve my issue. The whole thing was sketchy. She did locate my "account" and walked me through deleting my info and stayed on the line until it was complete
