Claims to be Capital One and telling me that I have a past payment due. They wouldn't give their name, and only say that they are Capital One bank on a recorded line. I would caution everyone. It's too sketchy.
Spam message sent to me saying they are capitol one
Ok they say they are capitol one , but I have yet to figure out we’re this place is located in the US and I never here an american voice but on a recording before it is sent to someone I can’t understand!
