Trying to collect IRS debt that is not owed

Claims to be contracted by the IRS TO COLLECT funds owed told them multiple times I was on the do not call list
This # shows on caller ID as Nelson Watson but other alerts state it’s an IRS scam
Continually calls me yet leaves No message
They claim they are from the IRS about tax debt. For one thing, I owe the IRS NOTHING. Second, the IRS doesn’t contact you through telephone. Nor do they have a third party company call in their behalf.
Receiving unwanted or harrassing calls from (800) 219-9042? Report It! You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective. If there is something requiring an immediate attention, please contact your local law enforcement agency or call 911.
