This is a scam trying to get people to send money to them for Federal Taxes. They will send a letter of demand for taxes and then tell you that your home will be seized if you don’t contact them. Do Not do it this is a scam.

You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective.
