The number is a scam - The IRS sent you a letter or call them up if you owe some money.
I just got a call from this number, stating it was Officer Mark Johnson from the IRS fraud department, accusing me of defrauding the IRS out of money on my tax return. It was a robocall listed on the internet, the exact same message.
They have a recording to act like they are the IRS and that if you don’t call them back you will go to jail.
