Is the number attached to another delivery of C OVID test kits. Contact number found on correspondence in the mailing envelope. I called & left message on auto-answered number on Mo, 05-08-23 at 4:45 p.m. CST with request that the deliveries be stopped. FYI, there was not a company name when number was answered. I provided my name and town address only.
4/25/2023 - This number is attached to a medicare SCAM organization. They are committing medicare fraud with COVID-19 home test kits. They send 8 test kits per month to individuals on medicare without officially requesting the kits, then bill medicare for the kits. When you call the number, 800-209-4217 it immediately hangs up. No one answers the phone, ever. If you receive these kits, call the the Medicare Fraud line. 800-633-4227 option 3, then option 3 again.
