claims I ordered over $700 from walmart
This phone number was given on a fraud scheme purporting to be a phone number for PayPal. The email was supposed to be a statement on a $957.39 HP Pavilion laptop purchase at Walmart via PayPal. Was not addressed personally, just "Dear Customer." Sender's address was shown as: quickbooks@notification.intuit.com, and sent to: getuymjhocn@knowledgemd.com. Calls are answered by a boiler room person with a Pakistani/Indian accent.
This phone number was given on a fraud scheme purporting to be a phone number for PayPal. The email was supposed to be a statement on a $900plus purchase at Walmart via PayPal. We knew it was fraudulent because the person it was sent to does not have a current PayPal acct and would have had to up date a credit card to make a transaction.
