A person from this number, (785) 615-0237, contacted my uncle who I had bought a Dell laptop computer and an all-in-one printer both with warranties, as well. My uncle was instructed to press 1 for the Windows Refund Department. He spoke with a man called “Dereck†who said Windows no longer could provide service so there is a refund of $299 due. Additionally, if he didn’t respond by a certain date, Windows would charge him $299. My uncle wanted me to get my refund back. I realize this to be a scam. This number is coming from zip code: 66025, type: landline, carrier: Bandwidth.com, County: Douglas, City, State: Eudora, KS.. please report this telephone number to the FBI and the State’s Attorney General’s Office as this person is trying to scam people out of money.
