Claimed to be ATT saying I over paid my bill. Checked my bill and nothing had changed. Found out from other people that have ATT that they received the same text.

Text message states my Netflix account will be block because payment was refused. I do not have a Netflix account and have never sent any payment. Number given says it is registered to ATT Official US. THIS IS SPAM, SCAN OR FRAUD
