This number calls with a perky woman's voice starting off with "how are you today". Any answer seems to generates a hang-up, but if you look into the number it is actually linked to another number. More than likely this call is to verify that a human will pick up the phone so that they can get their "human with a sales pitch" routine activated. BLOCK !!!
