Caller could not provide information to ensure debt was valid (date, servicer, amount). Told me that debt would be noted as unpaid and would be referred to court and reported to 3 credit bureaus. Would not send me a billing notice, wanted payment over the phone. We have no unpaid debt. I have received calls from this debt servicer from 2 other phone numbers in the last 6 months.
