On 6/15/18 I received a phone call with a pre-recorded Voicemail ' (unintelligible)… "an intentional fraud and lawsuit file by the US Government in your name. Please call our department number 763-200-3364". I set it up as a blocked number.

Did not answer, a voice message from a computer recorded message said a lawsuit was being filed against me in federal court. :) All I have to do is call them back, I'm sure they would help clear it up, or clear my accounts.
