"Nicholas" sent a fraudulent check to Colorado via FedEx to pay for a horse. He sent "extra" money to pay for shipping and requested that we send the shipping funds to a bogus address in Ohio. The phone number is an Ohio number, but the report from the bank on which the check was written came back with "Fraud Check". After a brief search, I found that "Nicholas'" phone number has been reported several times this month, and as recently as yesterday, 10/14/2020. All stories are similar to mine.
