These people have called me 4 times over 4 hours asking for someone I didn’t know to collect a debt that is obviously with a customer or **sociate mistyping and using mine. At 8:03AM, a man called asking me to speak to a name I couldn’t understand and I asked to rep to repeat the name...wow, he lost any ability to speak to another human being and raised his voice, straight up screaming at me, when he finished I informed him of this not being the correct number, please update the file to state that fact. He hung up on me. Over the following morning, I rejected the 2 calls. Then they contact me from a different phone number and it’s a rude woman from the same place asking for the same name as I received earlier. As I attempted to ask her to remove my phone number, she just hung up on me. It was only then that I made an attempt to call back the phone number and it rang 5 time and disconnected the call. When I finally found someone to answer at this number, she said I was crazy bc my number isn’t on file! Really, all I did was call back the 8am call via this number that reached out originally, and after again telling her that this is a number that contacted me, I am simply trying to provide them that the file has my number listed and it’s incorrect. She said she knew nothing and my phone number did not pull up, so she accused me of lying and listened but wouldn’t actually speak. This place is bold. I am going to attach this same message on the other local number when the lady called from.
