i owned this # for several years . in north west tn. i used diff carriers being it was an apple purchase and open to any one of my choice. i finally settled with straight talk it was perfect for my location and only 45 prepaid a month. i stayed with straight talk from then on . when the pandemic hit my phone screen busted grrr and the way everything was set up then and getting access to the newest upgrade and a phone in my hand asap was through verizon I DESPISE VERIZON. i debated but had to react . wasnt time to think then and my youngest child was in another state at school. honestly as i waited with my husband the employee talked me into the purchase bc he could tell i was at a weak spot needing a phone i declined and he kept on so i knew i didnt hv a lot of choices and everything closed i went ahead against my gut and got one . ive always kept an iphone for awhile after the purchase and would just upgrade to the latest when mine played out or just time for a newer upgrade. id had the 7 or 8 plus at the time it crashed out and got the 11 pro max from verizon. IT WAS TERRIBLE THE IPHONE ITSELF WAS A DUD AND I HAD TO PAY SO MUCH MORE $ FOR THIS OR THAT ETC. had to run bk and forth at certain times only bc of limited hours and sitting outside and waiting like a robot grrr ,,, TO HAVE THEM THEN TAKE MY # AND GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. YEP...... HOW @ THAT WAKE UP ONE DAY AND TUFF SH@T WE DONT CARE WHAT WAS YOURS WE TOOK IT AND GAVE IT TO ANOTHER LOCAL . . ILL NEVER EVER USE VERIZON EVER AGAIN THEY S@CK. WORST CARRIER WITH HIGH CARRIER CHARGES AND ALL THEM SUR CHARGES AND TAXES AND UNCLE JOES COLLECTIONS THEY TELL YOU THEY WANT YOU TO PAY. it be best for now deceased uncle joe that you honor him and make verizon employees house payment. they are a joke . I KNOW THE STORE AT UNION CITY TN is the worst !! they will take every dime you have to just give your # away. FACTS
