I declined the call and there was a 39 second voicemail which was nothing but dead air. I called the number back, I thought it was a call I had been waiting for, and a robot said to hold for the next agent and after about 10 seconds, the same robot just said Goodbye and hung up. This number is officially blocked. -_-
