some sort of scam, claim there is an arbitration legal matter, and ask if you received the notice, yet no notice was ever received, and they say they show it as delivered, but can not tell you how it was delivered. They want to give you a case number, and a toll free number to call. Smell very fishy, every time its a different local number, been happening for months
