Sent me an email that I had a readable message on my internet providers website with a link to click on it to hear or read the message. If this was a valid request from my provider the message would have automatically been displayed. I would **sume this is a phishing request so will not honor the request. I would suggest that no one **sume this is valid and block the email account which was from a person, not my internet provider.
