Not sure how to categorize this call.
I received a call from this number (caller ID) at 11:30p.m. On 05/12/2021. A call at this hour concerned me so I answered it. The automated caller stated it was a call from DISCOVER CARD and tried to entice me into hitting #1 to get a discounted interest rate due to my good payment submission.
Please check into this and let me know what the result of your investigation is. Robocalls at this hour should be punishable.
