This person is a FRAUD/SCAMMER and HACKER it’s a group of these people that goes around stealing peoples personal information from their cell phones and break into your property as well. They have done this constantly and still doing it today the POLICE needs to STOP these individuals they ride around with out of state license plates or either no License plates on there vehicles.
