Claims to be Amazon Customer service with “fraudulent†charges. Asks you to hit number 1 to be connected to a customer service rep. That rep will ask you to give them your credit card info, thereby stealing your credit card info. A check with the real Amazon Customer service will confirm no problem with your Amazon account and that they never contacted you.
