I received the same call from Susan Mullen’s and same message. Hope they get caught and quit har**sing people.
It's a scam number. Shut it down!
Call center keeps calling and putting us on hold for several minutes
This is a spam bill collector... Contacted me stated they were Legal One Mediation, about a fake debt said she was Susan Mullens. She stated that I owed over $2K to HSBC on a credit card debt. I contacted them and they could not find me in their system. I told them to have their process server go to my local police department to have me served. I asked them for their information license # and address that I wanted to dispute this debt they would not give it to me said I would go to jail for not paying this debt. They did have my last 4 of my social security number. I tried to contact FTC to report but closed due to government shutdown. I will report this to all three credit bureaus as this is clearly fraud. I feel for people that fall for this scam and the elderly that are in fear pay or go to jail. Is there anyway to stop them..
This is a big time scam number
I also had the same call every one else did several times it is a scam
Called and left a message that she was Susan Mullins and that I had been officially served. That if didn't call this number (716-398-4123) that someone would come out and serve me with the papers. Some of these lazy people would get a real job and quit har**sing honest working people, life would be so much simpler. Hope they get caught.

Need to get the law to help with these scammers. They just called my JOB and said to call this number without saying who they are,,,,,except that I was notified and that papers were going to be served at my job or home and I would have to go to court. Said I was notified...(but of WHAT ??) I called and still, the guy who answered said the same thing without telling me any information. Told him I was reporting his company to the law enforcers....which I plan on doing.
