Received call from this number, silence, when I do not say anything this foreign speaking male then attempts to say my name when I said yes, he hung up. I returned a call and does not answer, goes to recorded message stating the person on line 5 is not available and then beeps, I leave a message that I am not approving or accepting calls and will report him
