A woman with a southern accent calls from this number. I never say anything when I answer the call, I wait to see what she says, and then she'll hang up. Most of the time I send it do vmail where a message is never left. She will call from several different "707" numbers. I'll block them each time. Takes a few days for her to start calling back with another "707" number. Totally frustrating!!
