Somehow people committing fraud are using innocent peoples phone numbers to call you. If you call them back you get the actual person **sociated with that phone number that just called you, but they know nothing about what’s going on.
This number has called me and hung up. I called them back and a person answered who sounded completely confused. They said they never called me. They weren’t even on their phone.
