The connection was very poor in quality. I THINK that the message said something about wether or not I authorized a $1200 charge to my Amazon account and to hold for further information. A person (female) came onto the line. There was a lot of background noise and it was difficult for me to understand her. After I told her a couple of times that I couldn’t understand what she was saying , she hung up. I wasn’t about to give out any kind of information but I’m wondering if simply answering my phone could have compromised me in some way. The caller ID used a person’s name and said it was from Arlington, VA . When I went back and looked at my recent phone calls in order to find the name that was used the name was gone and only the phone number was left. I did a reverse lookup and saw that there was a warning about some kind of risk **sociated with this particular phone number.
