PCH scam from Jamaica. He says his name is David and he continually calls an elderly lady saying she has won millions and he has to wire “sponsored money†to her and she has to re-wire it to pay for her fees. She has also given him money in the thousands for supposed taxes and fees. His accent is from Jamaica but he says he lives in Nevada. Other #’s he has called from are: 876-497-0152
