This person scams people by telling them that he/she found their lost pet and is holding them ransom for x amount of money!

This person texted a person in Fayette County who’d lost their dog. They said they have tge dog and demanded $75 for the dog.
This phone number keeps texting me saying that they found my lost dog. My dog was returned this morning by a very nice lady who sent me a video to prove it was the right dog this person is a scammer.
