I believe this number could be a fraudulent, scam, trying to get money from people. I was working with a woman regarding a $1,200 purchase and she wanted the purchase to go through eBay. eBay sent me an invoice and wanted me to pay by eBay cards, in $200 increments until I had 6 eBay cards @ $200 each totaling $1,200. I expressed my concern to the eBay rep, who spoke broken English, and said I would expect eBay to have a more secure way for me to make the payment. They told me that their credit card system was down and would be for the next 2 months, so I declined to make the purchase. The women then got snippy with me when I explained the situation and so I simply told her I was not interested. I believe this is a scam.
