Tried scamming for $4,000 for an apartment rental. Under the name Nicole Darnai Machado along with Paul Ricks at 4800 Opal Cliff Dr #F202 Capitola, CA 95010. Would only accept wire transfer and no address or phone number. After requesting a phone number for verification this is the number Paul gave me. No return response and no name on the voicemail. The contract looked real but did not have any business name or business numbers. Anyone can make one up with AI in seconds. Don't trust the scam.
