Caller left a message about a case which was opened in my name (not mentioned in the voicemail.Caller identified himself as Officer Williams. I called the number, a woman responded with “Thanks for calling the Social Security Administrationâ€. I asked to talk with Officer Williams, at which time the call was cut off with the message “We cannot take your call right nowâ€.
