They first added me on Facebook with an account that they re made of my friends account saying it was a new account and then they were telling me UNDP was giving out grants and for a moment I thought it was really my friend telling me this but then I checked my friends old Facebook because I hadn’t seen him in years but he p**sed away in March and I totally forgot. But this person had pretended to be him and gave me this number to text which I never did but do not believe that UNDP is giving out grants.
