I answered call in second ring. Unintelligible woman’s voice. I said I didn’t understand. She hung up. I redials and got the usual, “You’ve reached a number that is incorrect or no longer in service. Please check the number and dial again.†How do so many incorrect, no-longer-in-service-numbers manage to call me?
