Call time: 10:27 am. Name: San Diego, CA. Cox installing new lines in the neighborhood. Wanted to replace cable box. If did not comply I would loose connection in 2 days. Took that statement as a threat. Called Cox to report the bogus call. Was informed that they would send out a email notification before the active in the neighborhood.
