These stupid people do not know the area that they are calling. They are spoofing a number not in SPECTRUM service area. They are also calling a number not in SPECTRUM service area. The cut off line in San Diego, Ca is anything south of highway 8 is not in Spectrum service area. I was told this when I called them to get service.
