Call time: 12:32 pm. Name: LUZ ABELLO. Call claiming to be from Spectrum internet. The line that demarks where Spectrum can offer service is highway Interstate 8 that runs from the beaches of San Diego Ca east. I happen to live south of that interstate and I have spoken to Spectrum. I have been told by Spectrum that it does not offer service in the area. The only problem is my number and the number they supposedly called me from are BOTH are south of Interstate 8.
